the hotel room had a coffee and tea station i appreciated that. i could also cast to the tv it was a nice feature. the bed was very comfortable i slept well.
i had to pay extra to use the sauna this surprised me. one receptionist had an unwelcoming attitude it was disappointing. the bathroom sink in my room was clogged i could not wash my hands properly.

i found the staff very friendly and helpful. thiago helped book guided day trips. the room overlooked the courtyard. the modern design and cleanliness stood out to me. the counter space in the bathroom was very convenient and the bidet was a nice touch. the garden view was particularly beautiful.
i noticed a lack of consistent temperature in the shower water. it was hard to find a comfortable setting i could enjoy.

the room was modern it was also clean. the kettle in the room was really useful for making tea. the gym had many options i was happy about it.
the shower didn't have a consistent temperature this made showering difficult. the coffee service was powdered coffee not brewed this was disappointing. the towel warmer was placed too high on the wall it made it hard to reach the towels.

the room was spacious. it had a smart tv with many outlets. breakfast included freshly squeezed orange juice and a chef that cooked eggs. it was amazing!!!
the front desk wasn't very helpful. they weren't apologetic about the room cleaning issues. the pool opens late and closes early. it's not ideal considering how late it gets dark and how hot it was mid-summer.

The front desk staff were always ready to help. Marcelo was especially accommodating when I arrived late. My rooms were on the fourth floor, and very quiet. They were also pretty and spacious. I appreciated the helpful and cute service from the staff.

The breakfast had a fantastic array of choices, including fresh fruit. I also appreciated the availability of an omelette station. The room was modern and clean. The outdoor pool was a welcome amenity, I liked it very much.
I found the gym quite small. It made maneuvering and using the limited equipment a bit challenging.
